Who can take part
- You must be willing to sign consent and can stop the study anytime
- You must be 18 years or older
- Your general physical ability should be good (WHO 0–2) and your heart/lung risk score should be ASA 1–3
- You must have liver cancer that can be surgically removed: colorectal cancer spread to the liver (CRLM) confirmed by imaging or biopsy, or liver cancer (HCC)
- You must NOT have other active cancers besides the one related to the liver, with a few minor exceptions
- You cannot be pregnant, cannot have non-removable spread outside the liver, and cannot join another clinical trial
