Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have bile duct cancer that is HER2-positive and has spread or is locally advanced.
  • You have not had any previous chemotherapy or targeted therapy for advanced bile duct cancer.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your organs (like liver and kidneys) are working well.
