Jump training for Latin dancers' leg power and skills

This trial tests whether a type of jump training (plyometrics) can help university Latin dancers improve their lower-leg power and dance skills over two months. If you are a healthy university Latin dancer with no recent ankle or waist injuries, you may be able to join.

  • You have studied Latin dance for at least one year.
  • You are a current university student.
  • You are not doing special explosive-strength training (like jumping or sprinting) outside of dance.
  • You do not have an ankle or waist injury that would keep you from training for two months.
