- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition (underactive thyroid, overactive thyroid, benign nodule, or thyroid cancer).
- Your diagnosis was made from January 1995 onward, either at this center or another one.
- You have been followed for at least 3 months and have enough medical records available.
- You are willing to give your consent to participate.
