  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with at least one of these: chronic liver disease, atherosclerosis, heart failure, thyroid problems (abnormal TSH levels or thyroid nodules), or you have had an endoscopy.
  • Your routine lab test results from the past 3 months are available.
  • You have had imaging tests (like ultrasound, CT, or MRI) done at our site within the last 3 months.
