Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You need to have one of these ongoing conditions: chronic liver disease, heart failure, hardened arteries (atherosclerosis), an abnormal thyroid test (overactive or underactive), or thyroid nodules (lumps).
- If you have a thyroid issue, you need to have had an endoscopy (a scope exam) at this facility.
- You must have had routine blood tests within the last 3 months.
- You must have had imaging (like ultrasound or CT scan) at this facility within the last 3 months.
