- You have been told by a doctor that you have arthritis or osteoarthritis in your hip or knee.
- You have hip or knee pain from your arthritis and confirm it in a short survey.
- You have had a Humana Medicare Advantage plan for at least a year that covers SilverSneakers for free.
- You have never signed up for SilverSneakers before.
- You can speak English or Spanish and are able to understand and agree to the study.
