- You are 18 years or older
- You have had diabetes for at least a year and use either multiple daily insulin injections or an insulin pump
- You use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and wear it for more than 70% of the time in the last 4 weeks
- You are not planning to start new diabetes medications or an automated insulin system in the next 6 months
- Your glucose levels are unstable (high variation and low time in range)
- You are willing to have two ultrasound scans of your insulin injection sites
