  • You are 18 to 80 years old
  • You manage your diabetes through diet, exercise, or oral medications (like metformin) — not insulin or GLP-1 shots
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 40 or less
  • You are willing to wear a continuous glucose monitor for 10 days and attend study visits
