Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are in good general health with no major medical conditions.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 26.
  • If you are male, you weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs); if female, at least 45 kg (99 lbs).
  • You agree not to plan a pregnancy and to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter drugs, herbal supplements, or vitamins in the past 14 days (with some exceptions discussed by the study doctor).
