Testing NB-4746 for people with ALS

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease).
  • Your first ALS symptoms started less than 2 years ago (for Phase 2) or less than 4 years ago (for Phase 1).
  • You can eat and drink by mouth without a feeding tube.
  • You have a breathing test showing your lung function is at least 60% of normal.
  • You are not using a ventilator or breathing machine most of the day.
