Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a type of lung cancer called non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with a documented EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
- You must have already tried at least one line of chemotherapy and an EGFR-targeted treatment (like osimertinib or gefitinib) and your cancer kept growing.
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
- You must have tumors that can be measured on scans (measurable disease per RECIST 1.1).
- You cannot have spinal cord compression or cancer spread to the lining of the brain (meningeal metastasis).
