STP938 for high-risk essential thrombocythemia

Essential Thrombocythaemia

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic clinical trials.

This trial tests a daily pill called STP938 (dencatistat) for people with high-risk essential thrombocythemia (ET) who cannot take or have stopped responding to hydroxycarbamide. The goal is to see if STP938 can safely lower your platelet count and control the condition.

Peginterferon for ET not controlled by hydroxyurea

This trial tests a new injectable medicine (Peginterferon α-2b) for people with essential thrombocythemia (ET) whose disease is not controlled by hydroxyurea (HU) or who cannot tolerate HU. It aims to help lower high platelet counts and reduce the risk of clots or bleeding.

Clopidogrel Response in Essential Thrombocythemia

This study tests how well a blood-thinning medication called clopidogrel works in patients with essential thrombocythemia (a condition where your body makes too many platelets). Researchers want to understand why some patients respond better to this medication than others, which could help doctors choose the best treatment for you.
