Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia that has relapsed (come back) or has not responded to at least two rounds of standard treatment.
  • Your leukemia cells have a marker called CD84, confirmed by a lab test.
  • You are in generally good health, able to perform daily activities without help (ECOG score 0-1), and have adequate organ function.
  • You must use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, and avoid breastfeeding.
  • You do not have active infections, severe heart disease, other cancers, or HIV/hepatitis B/C/syphilis.
