Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have acute myeloid leukemia that has relapsed or is not responding to treatment, with at least 5% blasts in your bone marrow.
- Your leukemia cells must test positive for CD33 or CD70.
- You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.
- Your liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs must be working well enough, with specific lab results.
- You cannot have untreated infections, active hepatitis B or C, or HIV.
- You cannot have had certain other cancers in the last 5 years, or have central nervous system involvement of leukemia.
