Who can take part
- You have a type of CML called chronic phase (CP-CML) that has not gotten better with, or you could not take, at least two other targeted therapies (TKIs).
- You are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG score of 0-2).
- You were born in Japan, and both your parents and grandparents are Japanese.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are good enough for the study.
- If you've had a bone marrow transplant, it must be at least 6 months before starting ELVN-001.
