Who can take part
- You have a non-cancerous blood or immune system disease like Fanconi anemia, congenital neutropenia, or sickle cell disease needing transfusions.
- Your heart pumps well (ejection fraction over 50%) and your oxygen level is at least 92% without extra oxygen.
- Your liver and kidney function are near normal (bilirubin, ALT, AST within safe limits).
- You do not have active serious infections (like TB, hepatitis B/C, or uncontrolled infections).
- You are not currently pregnant and agree to use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
- You have a suitable related donor for stem cell transplant.
