Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You need to have a high-risk blood cancer or minimal residual disease (MRD).
  • Your cancer must be CD19 positive.
  • You need a suitable half-matched (haploidentical) donor available.
  • Your heart, lungs, and kidneys must be functioning well enough, and you must be generally healthy.
  • You must not be pregnant, have active other cancers or uncontrolled infections, and must not have had certain central nervous system involvement.
