Who can take part

  • Had an ischemic stroke within the past month
  • Arm weakness on one side (muscle strength 4 or less on a 0–5 scale)
  • No severe memory or thinking problems (score 18 or higher on a mental exam)
  • Able to speak and understand Lithuanian well
  • No metal implants in the head, cochlear implants, or pacemaker
  • No history of seizures or epilepsy
