Who can take part

  • You are starting treatment with semaglutide or tirzepatide through the Vineyard Virtual Health Clinic
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or higher, OR your BMI is 27 or higher and you have at least one other health problem like high blood pressure or high cholesterol
  • You live within driving distance of a city that has a DXA scanner (a special X-ray machine that measures body fat and muscle) and you are willing to go there for regular body scans
  • You do NOT have type 2 diabetes
  • You are not currently pregnant or trying to become pregnant
