Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have HER2-negative gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma
- Have peritoneal metastases with a PCI score of 10 or higher that are not removable by surgery
- Have failed first-line platinum-based chemotherapy (either it stopped working or you couldn't tolerate it)
- Have adequate organ function (blood counts, kidney, liver, and coagulation tests within limits)
- Agree to use effective birth control if of childbearing potential, and not be pregnant or breastfeeding
