Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma that shows a protein called BCMA on the cancer cells.
  • You must have already tried at least two different treatments for myeloma, and your disease has gotten worse within the past 12 months or is not responding to key drugs like immunomodulators and proteasome inhibitors.
  • Your disease must be measurable, meaning you have enough M-proteins or abnormal light chains in your blood or urine.
  • You must be in fairly good health, with an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2, meaning you are up and about at least half the day.
  • Your blood counts (hemoglobin, white cells, platelets) and organ functions (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) must meet specific levels to be safe for the trial.
  • You cannot have certain active infections, other cancers, or conditions like heart failure, and you must not be pregnant or planning to donate eggs or sperm.
