Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have a Tile C1.2 or C1.3 pelvic ring injury (a specific severe pelvis break).
  • Your injury involves torn ligaments at the front of the pelvis, not broken bones.
  • You do not have a broken pubic ramus bone (in the front of the pelvis).
  • You do not have a more complex pelvic injury (Tile C2 or C3).
  • You do not have a broken hip socket (acetabulum) that needs treatment.
