- You are 18 years old or older
- You have a Tile B or C pelvic fracture (moderate to severe types)
- Your injury occurred less than 3 weeks ago
- You are stable enough to safely receive anesthesia and surgery
- You do not have severe open wounds or infection at the fracture site
- You are not currently undergoing cancer treatment or taking high-dose steroids
