- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- You must be willing to have an MRI and PET scan, and lie still for about two hours.
- You must be enrolled in another NIMH study (protocol 14-AA-0181).
- You cannot have taken antidepressants or antipsychotic medications in the past week.
- You cannot have metal implants or devices that would stop you from having an MRI.
