Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must be willing to have an MRI and PET scan, and lie still for about two hours.
  • You must be enrolled in another NIMH study (protocol 14-AA-0181).
  • You cannot have taken antidepressants or antipsychotic medications in the past week.
  • You cannot have metal implants or devices that would stop you from having an MRI.
