This study is looking for people with advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) who have not yet had systemic treatment. Participants will receive a combination of two immunotherapy drugs: tremelimumab and durvalumab (the STRIDE regimen). The goal is to find biomarkers that can predict how well the cancer responds to this treatment.

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer).
  • Your liver cancer is advanced, has spread, or cannot be surgically removed.
  • You have not had prior systemic anti-cancer treatment and are eligible for a specific combination therapy called STRIDE (tremelimumab and durvalumab).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on scans (or a previously treated tumor that has clearly grown).
  • You are 18 years or older and covered by French social security.
  • You have no medical or psychiatric condition that would make participation unsafe.
