Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Confirmed advanced or unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with BCLC stage B or C
  • Mild liver disease (Child-Pugh score 5 or 6, meaning your liver still works reasonably well)
  • Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1, able to do most daily activities)
  • No previous cancer drugs or immunotherapy treatments for HCC
  • No history of stomach/intestinal bleeding in the past 12 months
