Who can take part
- You must have a genetic test showing you have adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN).
- Your legs need to be stiff or tight due to increased muscle tone (affecting both legs).
- You should be able to communicate clearly and fill out questionnaires without help.
- You cannot have any metal in your body (like a pacemaker or insulin pump) that would stop you from getting an MRI.
- You must not be taking blood thinners, muscle relaxants, or seizure medications during the study.
