Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Cancer confirmed by biopsy with ROS1 genetic rearrangement
- Already tried at least one prior ROS1-targeted drug that didn't work well enough
- Cannot enroll in an active zidesamtinib clinical trial
- Adequate organ and bone marrow function based on blood tests
- Not currently receiving other cancer treatments
