Who can take part
- You must be 40 or older if you have COPD, or 18 or older if you have asthma or bronchiectasis.
- You were hospitalized for a flare-up of COPD, uncontrolled asthma, or a worsening of bronchiectasis.
- You are able to do a breathing test (spirometry) once your condition is stable.
- Your doctor expects you to live more than one month.
