Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have high-risk prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 8 or higher, or cancer that has spread to lymph nodes near the prostate.
- A special PET scan shows the cancer has high levels of PSMA (a protein on cancer cells) and no other areas of cancer outside the prostate or nearby lymph nodes.
- You are able and willing to have surgery to remove your prostate.
- You have a life expectancy of more than 10 years, based on standard tables and your doctor's judgment.
