Investigating Descartes-08 for myasthenia gravis

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have generalized myasthenia gravis with moderate to severe symptoms (MGFA grades 2-4).
  • Your daily symptoms score (MG-ADL) is 6 or higher.
  • You have a positive blood test for acetylcholine receptor antibodies (AChR) within the last 10 years.
  • If you take steroids, your daily dose is 40 mg or less of prednisone (or equivalent), and has been steady for at least 8 weeks.
  • You have not been diagnosed with generalized MG within the last year.
