Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of dermatomyositis or antisynthetase syndrome with muscle or skin symptoms.
- Standard treatments for your condition have not worked well enough or caused side effects you can't tolerate.
- You have been on a stable dose of your current medications for at least 8 weeks before the trial.
- Your blood counts, kidney, liver, and lung function need to be adequate (for example, oxygen level at or above 92% on room air).
- You must not have severe lung disease that requires oxygen, or other serious uncontrolled health problems.
