Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 69 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with lupus, scleroderma, or rheumatoid arthritis and have been on a stable treatment for at least 8 weeks.
- You have normal or near-normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart and lung function.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use birth control for 12 months after treatment.
- You must not have had a major organ transplant or received any mRNA or LNP medication in the past 2 years.
