Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with lupus and it is still active despite at least 6 months of standard treatments.
- If you have lupus kidney disease, you need a recent kidney biopsy and significant protein in your urine.
- Your blood counts must be within certain ranges (white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets).
- If you are able to have children, you must agree to use effective birth control for at least 2 years after treatment and not donate blood, organs, tissue, sperm, or eggs.
