  • You have a low-risk papillary thyroid cancer that did not spread to lymph nodes and had surgery to remove your thyroid.
  • You are between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You speak Chinese.
  • You can fill out questionnaires and use a mobile phone and the internet.
  • You have no history of mental health conditions or use of medications for mental health.
  • You are willing to join and sign a consent form.

Preventive neck lymph node removal in low-risk thyroid cancer

This trial is for people with low-risk papillary thyroid cancer. It compares two surgical approaches: one that removes just the thyroid gland, and another that also removes some lymph nodes in the center of the neck as a preventive measure.
