Switching from scanned to real-time CGM for type 2 diabetes

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have type 2 diabetes for at least 1 year
  • You've been using insulin for at least 6 months
  • You currently use a FreeStyle Libre 2 (scanned) CGM and want to switch to a Dexcom G7 (real-time) CGM
  • Your most recent HbA1c (blood sugar average over 3 months) is 7.5% or higher
