- You had a stroke at least 6 months ago.
- You have significant fatigue, scoring 20 or higher on the Fatigue Assessment Scale.
- You are able to understand and follow instructions (no major memory or thinking problems).
- You do not have any other unstable medical conditions that could cause fatigue (like advanced heart, lung, or kidney disease).
- You are not currently in another clinical trial, and you do not have other neurological disorders or a history of mini-stroke.
- You do not have any metal or electronic implants in your head or neck (like a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or brain stimulator).
