Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (a type of high blood pressure in the lungs)
- Your medications have been stable and unchanged for at least 3 months
- Your symptoms and heart condition have been stable for at least 3 months
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You do not have bone, joint, or nerve problems that would prevent you from exercising or being tested
- You are able to communicate clearly and do not have severe vision problems, dizziness, or vertigo
