Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with COPD stage 2 or 3 (moderate to severe).
- You can walk on your own.
- You do not have any joint or muscle problems that would make it hard to exercise.
- You have good enough memory and thinking skills (score 23 or higher on a simple mental test).
- You do not have severe vision problems or inner-ear issues that cause dizziness.
- You are not currently in a flare-up (exacerbation) of your COPD or have an active infection.
- You do not have heart disease, cancer, or another condition that prevents exercise.
