- You are an active or veteran member of the military.
- You have chronic nerve pain (from damage to your nerves or central nervous system) that has lasted for a while.
- Your average pain level is at least 40 out of 100 on a standard pain scale.
- You have been on the same medications for pain, depression, anxiety, or sleep for the past 6 weeks.
- Your sleep quality is poor (score of 5 or more on a sleep questionnaire) and hasn't improved with standard treatments.
