Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have had a stroke or a traumatic brain injury, no matter how mild or severe.
  • You have problems with anxiety, sleep, pain, or behavior.
  • Your medications have been the same for at least one month before joining.
  • You have not had hypnosis before or are not currently practicing it (unless you had it before your injury).
  • You do not have aphasia (trouble speaking or understanding language) or are not currently confused after the injury.
