This study tests whether combining physiotherapy (special exercises) with hypnosis (a focused relaxation technique) can help improve arm and hand function after a stroke. It is for people who had a stroke at least 3 months ago and still have some difficulty using one arm or hand.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- Your stroke happened more than 3 months ago.
- You have some trouble using at least one arm or hand (like difficulty reaching or grabbing).
- You can speak and understand French well enough to follow instructions.
- You can get to the Yerne medical center on your own for study visits.
- You do not have epilepsy, dementia, untreated hearing loss, or certain other serious conditions (like schizophrenia or a recent arm injury).
