  • You have prediabetes (HbA1c between 5.7 and 6.4)
  • You are willing to follow a diet and exercise program
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are not currently on a weight loss diet or medication
  • You have not had a heart attack or stroke
  • You are not diabetic and not taking diabetes medication
