  • Age 65 or older.
  • Scheduled to receive a COVID-19 mRNA booster.
  • Not severely immunocompromised (e.g., no active cancer treatment, no organ transplant, no HIV with low CD4).
  • No history of heart inflammation (myocarditis) or severe allergic reaction to vaccines.
  • No significant kidney or liver disease.
  • No recent COVID-19 infection or vaccination (within 6 months).
