- You have mild to moderate Parkinson's disease (able to walk without help).
- You or your caregiver has at least mild symptoms of depression, anxiety, or stress.
- You and your caregiver can speak Cantonese and agree to participate.
- You are not already doing regular Tai Chi, yoga, or mindfulness more than twice a week.
- You are not currently in another drug or behavioral study.
