Who can take part
- You must be Japanese (for parts 1, 2, and 3) or a non-Asian healthy man (for part 1 only).
- Your age must be between 18 and 55 (or 65-80 for the elderly group in part 1), or 18-65 (part 2), or 18-80 (part 3).
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be within a specific range set by the study doctors.
