Can older men stop prostate cancer treatment early?

Who can take part

  • Age 70 or older
  • Have been on hormone therapy (LHRH agonist) for more than 3 years
  • Able to carry out daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-2)
  • Low testosterone level (below 20 ng/ml)
  • No prior chemotherapy or a specific targeted therapy called Lu-PSMA, unless your doctor says your outlook is good
