- Age 70 or older

- Able to carry out daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-2)
- Low testosterone level (below 20 ng/ml)
- No prior chemotherapy or a specific targeted therapy called Lu-PSMA, unless your doctor says your outlook is good
