Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have acute heart failure (sudden or severe heart failure symptoms)
- You are having a primary PCI (a procedure to open a blocked heart artery right after a heart attack)
- You do not have a type of heart attack called NSTEMI (a non-ST elevation heart attack)
- You do not have end-stage kidney disease (severe, long-term kidney failure that may require dialysis)
