Who can take part

  • You are male and at least 18 years old.
  • You have a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy and has spread to other parts of the body (called mCRPC).
  • A special PET/CT scan must show your prostate cancer is taking up a tracer called 68Ga-NYM032, meaning the cancer cells are active.
  • You have already tried at least one hormone drug (like enzalutamide or abiraterone) or one chemotherapy (like docetaxel), or you cannot take chemotherapy.
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function must be in a safe range (white blood cells ≥3.5, platelets ≥100, hemoglobin ≥90, and liver enzymes no more than 3 times the normal limit).
