Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that is locally advanced (T3N+ or T4a any N, M0) and can be surgically removed.
- You must not have had any prior cancer treatment (like surgery, chemo, or radiation).
- You must be able to swallow pills.
- Your overall health status must be good (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You must not have HER2-positive cancer.
